Highly successful and rapidly growing Television Production Company are looking for a Purchase ledger Clerk. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will offer financial support by ensuring that payments and expenditures are monitored and processed in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner and that suppliers and vendors are paid within established timescales.
- Inputting invoices; matching invoices to POs
- Follow up on PO and invoice approvals
- Create new / amend existing suppliers ensuring compliance with policy.
- Improvement of processes within the team and assist management with process efficiency projects as they arise.
- Weekly cashflow in reporting payables related balances across all accounts. General ad hoc reports and admin within finance department, as and when required.
