Handle are working with a leading global media brand looking for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join their growing people team. You'll be supporting the small team to process payroll across the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all payroll and benefit queries, setting up all new starters on the payroll system and will be providing an effective and efficient delivery of payroll procedures and services to all staff. This role has a fantastic opportunity to grow, broaden and expand outside its initial responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Workday and ADP experience
Good understanding of multiple HR professional disciplines (I.e., benefits, payroll, employee engagement, family leave etc).
Experience with administration of payroll and benefits including monthly changes.
Able to prioritise effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
