Are you a highly experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager with an autonomous working style and have international experience? Are you proactive in keeping up with market trends and creating initiatives to improve payroll and benefit processes?

Handle have partnered with a successful entertainment business who are looking for a solid European Payroll & Benefits Manager to join the collaborative HR team of 8.

You will be support with establishing the company's payroll and benefits operations for c. 450 employees, across the UK and Europe.

You will need to be an expert in managing the end to end processes for payroll, administering benefits and have experience in working closely with outsourced providers and implementing a new payroll vendor.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about taking ownership of the payroll process and keen to shape payroll policies around the company and scale the function as the company grows.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, people skills, vendor management and the desire to drive improvements and continuously simplify and scale processes.

You must have a solid experience as a Payroll Specialist, strong knowledge or experience in pay regulations and a proven track record in an EMEA wide benefits role.
