Iconic global entertainment brand need a detail focussed Team Assistant to support a friendly team focussed on early careers recruitment. Role will be busy, varied and interesting, requiring a highly organised assistant with excellent communication and relationship building skills. Duties to include:
- Supporting the recruitment for internship programmes by screening applications, setting up interviews and managing the successful candidate pipeline
- Planning the delivery of the Online Selection Process with internal stakeholders
- Confirming Candidate Online Presentations and interviews at least a week in advance
- Driving a consistent and exemplary candidate experience
- Educating and supporting hiring managers by providing advice around effective recruitment and onboarding processes
- Acting as an ambassador for the company's overall commitment to Diversity, Equality & Inclusion as a core value and business imperative
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Skills and attributes required:
- Experience in Early Careers Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Self-motivated, independent and proactive
- Ability to work at volume, prioritising and managing the workload effectively
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
