Are you an experienced People Ops Manager/HRIS Specialist looking for your next permanent opportunity? Do you want to work for a scaling, fast growth start-up?

Handle are working with a scaling FinTech organisation who are looking for a driven, talented People Operations Manager with knowledge of People Systems and Processes to help them build their talent organisation and their product.

As the business is scaling rapidly, they want to build more structure into the People & Talent team which is why they have created this role for someone to lead on day to day HR ops, processes and systems. You will look at building out processes that are scalable, understanding the market and what is most effective for them as a business as they grow.

They want this person to be systems minded as the role will predominantly be focused on owning the HRIS end to end, data & reporting as well as process improvement and leading on operational projects such as compensation reviews & planning, performance management etc.

The ideal candidate will have a background in HR systems and/or have a HR Operations background with a clear aptitude/interest in the systems side of things. You will have a commercial and analytical mind-set and be able to come in with a roadmap of ideas.

You will be joining a scaling business with an excellent culture who really invest in their employees. They offer amazing benefits such as stock options, unlimited annual leave, a 'remote first' model, £2k annual training budget & more!

If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
