Reporting into the People Director, you will have a lot of autonomy in your high-profile creative business area and work closely with the wider HR team

To hit the ground running in this role, you will need solid business partnering experience in similar creative industries and be able to demonstrate clear examples of initiatives and senior stakeholder management experience as well as the ability to work autonomously on complex ER cases.
You'll thrive in growth international environment and have an agile approach - not afraid to roll up sleeves where required.
The ideal candidate will be a real people person, with strong communication skills with a good understanding of UK employment law. You will be a self-starter and have the ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
