Performance Marketing Manager - Energy

I am currently working with a major zero carbon energy supplier whose aim is to revolutionise energy one step at a time by making it both greener and cheaper! This Performance Marketing Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to join the growth team and lead on paid media campaigns to achieve commercial targets across channels including paid search, paid social and display. If you have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience leading campaigns end-to-end, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading on paid media campaigns to achieve targets across channels including paid search, social and display
  • Reporting proactively, providing insightful updates and recommendations on opportunities to improve performance
  • Writing insightful briefs and providing feedback that will be effective in delivering against brand and performance objectives
  • Briefing and managing agencies to plan, activate, evaluate and optimise campaigns to deliver against business goals
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform and Meta Business Manager to run and evaluate a/b tests and uncover insights
  • Contribute to forecasting budgeting and scenario planning for your channels to ensure efficient investment levels
  • Monitor and analyse competitor strategy and activities to find opportunities for improvement
  • Developing channel and business knowledge to unlock new opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and address roadblocks that may limit campaign performance

You will have

  • Experience of briefing, motivating and managing agencies to achieve efficient performance
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to derive useful insights from data
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to turn data and insights into actions
  • Hands on experience leads end to end campaigns across paid search, paid social and display (any other channels will be beneficial)
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including the ability to influence and collaborate to improve commercial performance
  • Project management experience and the ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects
