Pinner (Northwest London) based, Hybrid Working Personal Assistant required to join a leading Marketing Agency who work with the biggest brands in the UK, they are in need of a commercially minded, proactive Personal Assistant to come in and provide top-tier support to the Managing Director and the Senior Management team!

This exciting new role will see you providing the Managing Director with full, seamless support as well as assisting with event coordination and proactively managing the MD's commitments and always staying one step ahead. With offices based in Northwest London and operating a Hybrid Working set-up that requires 3 days in the office with 2 from home, this is a great new opportunity if you have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or an Office Manager looking to take on a new challenge, then it would be great to hear from you today!

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative support as required, relieving the CEO and MD of the daily burden of routine matters
  • Diary management and inbox management
  • Taking and distributing minutes, producing follow up action requests
  • Obtaining, managing and filing weekly and monthly reports from sales team
  • Typing and formatting of presentations, reports and other documentation
  • Obtaining, managing and filing weekly and monthly reports from sales team
  • Organise meetings and book meeting rooms
  • Arrange refreshments and hospitality for meetings/events
  • Work with the Operations Team in keeping the stock room in order and tidy
  • Keeping curious about matters impacting our industry and feeding through to the MD

Required Skills:

  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills due to the need to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills including ability to communicate at all levels
  • Able to think things through analytically, identify gaps and possible solutions
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Curious by nature of the world, the industry and processes
  • Numerate and commercially minded - income and cost aware
