Working closely with the head of communications and, this is a fantastic opportunity to run tactical PR and comms campaigns for this food led media business.
With a diverse portfolio of media products, digital content and innovative brand partnerships, you will maximise media coverage and protect and enhance the brand reputation and reach.
Contract role minimum term 12 months, offering the opportunity for hybrid and part time working.
Responsibilities include.

  • Create and implement engaging consumer facing PR campaigns across the group's portfolio - including cookery books, TV programmes, digital content, partnership activations and international restaurants - working closely with the Head of Communications
  • Support the international rollout of key PR campaigns, working closely with our partners in publishing and broadcasting across markets including the US, Canada, Australia, Germany and the Netherlands
  • Manage media events including press launches, screenings, set visits and international media junkets
  • Collaborate with the in house marketing, social media and content teams to execute and monitor key campaigns to maximum effect, including working with influencers and creating campaign assets
  • Run the day-to-day press office function for all incoming media enquiries across the business, with support from the Team Coordinator, and offer out of hours support as and when required
  • Oversee the creation of press materials including announcements, press packs, reactive & proactive statements, Q&As and briefing notes
  • Support around key internal communications and business initiatives


Requirements

  • You love what you do and have a real passion for food and working for a B Corp business with social purpose at its heart
  • You have the ability to work at a very fast pace, and juggle multiple projects and stakeholders, to deliver stand out campaigns
  • You have amazing contacts across all media platforms and are able to deliver stand out PR coverage against ambitious targets
  • You have experience in working with social media, marketing and content teams to deliver integrated, highly impactful campaigns both in the UK and internationally
  • You are super organised, have great attention to detail, and love working creatively and collaboratively
