Great new opportunity for an experienced Team Coordinator to support hugely successful Retail/Marketing team for this iconic global entertainment studio. Your high level of organisation and eye for detail will be the glue that holds everything together. If you have a genuine passion for admin and take pride in being highly motivated and commercially savvy then this is the role for you. Duties to include:

  • To be the support contact for our creative database
  • To be responsible for creative briefings to agency, including creative briefs, magazine briefings and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and tracking documents liaising internally and externally where required
  • Creating and setting up new vendor and retail accounts, raise purchase orders (using SAP) and coding invoices for payment, following through as required to ensure timely payment
  • Assisting with new deal entry and amendments
  • Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for the department
  • Facilities duties, arranging couriers & post as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of targeted pitch presentations for potential licensees, partners and retailers
  • Management of product requests for retail/marketing activities

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, communication and MS Office skills. An eagle eye for detail and the ability to research information and problem solve will ensure success.
