This role offers the chance to lead the coordination of go-to-market campaigns across a variety of international paid, earned, and owned channels and will involve:
- Developing and managing project schedules, ensuring all teams are aligned and deadlines are met
- Acting as the primary point of contact for campaign workflows, tracking progress and resolving bottlenecks
- Collaborating across different channels and geographies to maximise campaign impact and efficiency
- Preparing performance updates, project summaries, and reports for key stakeholders
- Streamlining processes and workflows to improve overall campaign delivery and team collaboration
To be successful, you will need:
- Extensive experience managing projects within creative agencies, in-house marketing teams, or similar environments
- Strong understanding of content and subscription services in a marketing context
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership
- Proven track record in managing complex internal partnerships and adapting in fast-paced settings
- Proficiency with tools like Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar
