Senior Project Executive, Marketing - TV

An amazing opportunity with one of the world leaders in creating, producing and distributing content are looking for a hands on, enthusiastic and motivated candidate with experience in project coordination or project management.
Working in the run up to one of the biggest TV trade shows, this candidate will be responsible for the project management of the distribution catalogue for a huge sales market within broadcast. Required to support the team through oversight and project management of a catalogue of over 100 titles, creating print and digital versions of materials, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the most sought after content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the project distribution catalogue, you will be required to liaise with internal teams, source up to date sales information, fact check and supply materials
- Liaise with multiple teams from designers, sales execs, communications and marketing teams - as well as proof readers, print and production, supporting marketing coordinators on managing time lines on delivery of assets
- Predominantly responsible for project management, you'll have an intense eye for detail and a creative approach to content
You Will Have:
- Proven experience in project management with an excellent track record of delivery projects on time with a keen eye for creative and excellent attention to detail
- Strong proof reading skills
- Excellent accuracy with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the full Microsoft suite of programmes
- Great organisational skills with the ability to multitask
