They are seeking a capable and confident Events and Hospitality professional, with proven experience managing and delivering high-profile events and guest programmes, specifically within Formula 1. This role requires an enthusiastic, organised and outgoing leader who enjoys collaborating, innovating, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Job Description
The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the processes, requirements and expectations involved in managing a premium F1 hospitality experience.
They will have experience overseeing a brand's global F1 hospitality campaign, from pre-race planning and supplier engagement to ticketing and on-the-ground delivery. The role requires confidence in day-to-day account operations, strong project management capability, and a clear point of view on best-in-class client servicing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of the account's hospitality programme
- Act as the main hospitality point of contact for the client, local markets, rights holders, suppliers and internal teams
- Establish account management and client servicing best practices (status calls, rights trackers, budget reports, etc.)
- Work closely with the Senior Account Director to shape and evolve the hospitality strategy
- Manage client hospitality and guest experience programmes both trackside and off-track, from planning through to execution
- Travel internationally to deliver in-market guest programmes and host senior executive-level guests as required
- Manage budgets, billing and supplier costs related to activations
Qualifications / Requirements
- Agency or in-house experience required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of how F1 guest programmes are curated
- Experience managing complex, international hospitality programmes for brands or organisations
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Calm, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with best-in-class client servicing and account management capability
- Confident written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex operations both from the office and while working remotely on-site
- Experience liaising with global markets is advantageous
