Your responsibilities will encompass communication and relationship development within the realms of radio, TV promotions, and podcast bookings. You will serve as the frontline representative, aiding in expanding the audience for the diverse array of talent on our roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a roster of artists and spearhead creative, strategic, and results-oriented campaigns.
  • Elevate the visibility of UK artists, meeting specified targets.
  • Foster and sustain robust connections with key figures in UK radio and television media.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with radio and relevant media contacts.
  • Forge strong, effective bonds with label partners and artist managers.
  • Promote singles, EPs, albums, and remixes across various radio stations, including national, regional, specialist, community, online, and student outlets.
  • Organise and lead pitch meetings with media contacts.
  • Secure promotional opportunities such as live sessions, interviews, mixes, and artist takeover shows.
  • Serve as the point of contact for artists during radio events, media promotions, and live events.
  • Attend artist live events and provide a presence as required by contacts.
  • Participate in department, project, and label meetings to disseminate promotion updates.
  • Formulate creative and strategic approaches to promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse data from radio and TV exposure.
  • Manage comprehensive campaign reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Profound experience in UK radio plugging and a deep understanding of the music promotions landscape.
  • A well-established network of contacts in radio and TV, with pre-existing relationships.
  • Capable of establishing new relationships and maintaining existing ones with key radio and TV media contacts.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and pitching skills.
  • A team-first mindset with strong leadership capabilities, combined with the ability to work effectively independently.
  • A passion for and a solid understanding of the repertoire and the music market.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently and multitasking within a fast-paced work environment while consistently delivering exceptional results.
