We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Receptionist/Office Manager to join a vibrant entertainment company. This position is based in Orpington, 10am-4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Handling incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
Sorting and distributing mail, handling outgoing mail, and managing email correspondence.
Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Providing information to clients and addressing inquiries or complaints.
Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable.
Monitoring access to the building and maintaining visitor logs.
Providing general administrative support to staff and management.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Overseeing office maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Assisting with budget preparation and managing office-related expenses.
Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures.
Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, including workspace setup.
Ensuring the office complies with health and safety regulations.

Previous reception/office manager experience
