Calling all immediately available Account Managers with experience in selling and coordinating the release of physical recorded music product into the UK retail market. Fantastic opportunity to join one of the worlds most recognisable record labels to support paternity leave for circa 4 months during the busy post Christmas sales period.
Proactively manage the day-to-day listing and shipments of all physical product to key retail partners.
Create and manage the promotional & events calendar with a view to exploiting all commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a good return on investment from partner marketing packages and campaigns.
Build strong label relationships to identify opportunities and deliver incremental sales.
Under guidance of record labels, execute creative and compelling new release artist campaigns cross formats.
Have a clear understanding of the partner supply chain and delivers best in class customer service.
Identify and take action to address any stock issues.
Seek improvement in operating efficiency's and regularly conduct feedback meetings with retail partners

Be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail and data
Able to sell and lead commercial negotiations.
Good Microsoft Power Point & Excel skills
