Calling all Digi Ops/Delivery/Distribution managers with experience in music - either label side or from independent distributors. Progressive indie label with offices in the UK, France and the US need a dedicated and detail focused Digital Content Manager to join the team on a 12-month interim basis starting late September.

You will be responsible for managing the digital delivery of all frontline and catalogue releases including rights management and the optimization of content across multiple platforms (YouTube, VEVO, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Soundcloud etc.) You will also build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant DSP partners. Day to day you duties will include:

  • Manage internal scheduling and set-up of all tracks, videos, digital products whilst upholding a high standard of accuracy and within agreed timescales
  • Coordinate metadata, release assets and product requirements. Provide support and proactive recommendations to these teams on operational DSP best practices.
  • Manage deliveries to DSPs using Label Camp platform and some platform direct tools and be responsible for resolving any issues/troubleshooting
  • Check proactively for specific asset issues including duplicate, missing and incorrect data
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams on video set-up and rights management
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence Team providing input and feedback on internal tools and workflow improvements
  • Maintain a strong operational knowledge of DSP platforms and capabilities and communicate ongoing changes and developments to the Digital Partnership Team.

To do all this with a smile on your face you are going to need the following:

  • Experience in a digital music operation (supply chain or distribution role) with a good working knowledge of music metadata and copyright.
  • Tech savvy with a good understanding of digital and video audio file formats
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience in content management systems across all platforms incl. iTunes Connect, Spotify, YouTube etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Solutions orientated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
