An TV business based in West London are looking for an immediately available Royalty Accountant to join them for a large royalties database project for around 1-2 months, which could role on longer.
Working alongside both legal and finance, this role will require excellent attention to detail and will take full ownership of streamlining the existing royalties processes.
The Duties
- Identifying areas for improvement in existing royalties process and streamlining overall output
- Reconciling master data and maintaining standard
- Updating royalties on database and liaising with finance for updates on payment schedules
- Interpreting contracts, clauses and statements alongside legal and advising on any discrepancies
- Ensuring payments are made and allocated correctly
The Candidate
- 3-4 years proven experience in royalties for a large organisation or distributor.
- Competent at interpreting legal contracts and clauses
- Interest in working within a creative environment/TV
- Available to start immediately
