Do you have a sales background in TV or media planning? Are you experienced in creating proposals, contracts, billing and assisting with pitches?

We are looking for a Sales Planner to work for an iconic global entertainment brand that brings people, technology and the world's best storytellers together to set the agenda across culture, news and society. They are at the heart of the global digital revolution.

You will play an instrumental role within the regional sales team, focusing on the Africa region. You will also provide support across every aspect of the sales business and assist in the coordination and communication, account management, day to day representative & client needs across the UK market.

Salary - £25,000-£32,000 DOE

Location - East London

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic development of proposals, media schedules, presentations and other supporting documents to relevant territories tailored to clients
  • Assist Account Managers and Reps in identifying new prospective clients within specified markets (proactive lead generation)
  • Campaign management, existing campaigns optimisation through brain storming, data analysis and finding new ways of business
  • Manage & develop the Sales Assistant along with all their duties to ensure all administrative needs are met and support Sales Managers and the Team Director
  • Maintaining smooth running of active campaigns with assistant, ensuring client and reps are continuously updated on active campaigns

You will have:

  • Prior experience within media/agency industry
  • Knowledge of global media landscape
  • Exceptional Excel and PPT skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with team and alone when allocated certain tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage the team's sales assistant as well as being managed by the Manager in the region
