Senior Account Executive - Talent & Influencer Management
We have partnered with a global sports and entertainment agency with strong roots in the industry and a fantastic reputation. Constantly growing and expanding, this company are looking for a commercial and driven individual who has a passion for culture, influencers and talent - along with solid experience in managing end to end influencer campaigns.
This is a really unique position with the opportunity to work across a really varied portfolio of brands and talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Close support on the management and development of end to end influencer campaigns for key clients
Nurture, manage and grow meaningful relationships with talent, agencies and influencers and work with ease across client account teams
Identify talent and influencers, manage outreach and negotiate and close deals, brief in partners and oversee content approvals, delivery and posting
Create distribution and marketing plans for activations as well as input in the writing of talent and influencer briefs, ensuring that clients business and brand objectives are translated into creative and compelling campaigns
You Will Have:
Strong experience in working with influencers, supporting on the development of talent and influencer campaigns across the UK and Europe
A network of talent and influencers along with an appreciation of the nuances that comes in working with them
Second to none interpersonal skills, along with the ability to present and work with confidence and autonomy
Enthusiasm for social media and an appreciation of the value that it bring to brands and businesses
