They're currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to bolster their Branded Content team in the UK. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of key clients, contributing to the growth strategy of branded content, and representing the brand externally.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a portfolio encompassing mid to high-value brands, guiding them through their subscription lifecycle, and managing monthly renewals.
- Prioritise driving robust retention, minimising churn, and expanding active users, concurrently negotiating upsells to augment the high-value client portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the team to devise a VIP account client engagement strategy, actively introducing fresh ideas to ensure we provide the pinnacle of market service levels.
- Maintain regular, multi-channel client communication, reinstating external client meetings, and participating in events, functions, and entertainment to network and present where relevant.
- Undertake stakeholder management and foster collaboration with other teams to guarantee the continual delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Regularly leverage data sources to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities.
