We are thrilled to be working with a global music enterprise dedicated who produce original, top-tier music for utilisation in television, film, advertising, and user-generated content across digital and social platforms. They're currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to bolster their Branded Content team in the UK. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of key clients, contributing to the growth strategy of branded content, and representing the brand externally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of a portfolio encompassing mid to high-value brands, guiding them through their subscription lifecycle, and managing monthly renewals.
  • Prioritise driving robust retention, minimising churn, and expanding active users, concurrently negotiating upsells to augment the high-value client portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to devise a VIP account client engagement strategy, actively introducing fresh ideas to ensure we provide the pinnacle of market service levels.
  • Maintain regular, multi-channel client communication, reinstating external client meetings, and participating in events, functions, and entertainment to network and present where relevant.
  • Undertake stakeholder management and foster collaboration with other teams to guarantee the continual delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Regularly leverage data sources to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Multiple years of senior-level account management, with a preference for experience in music, content licensing, or media.
  • Demonstrate robust experience in building enduring relationships, delivering impeccable service levels, and providing client support.
  • Exhibit expertise in managing a spectrum of tasks alongside senior-level meetings and presentations.
  • Showcase a proven ability to handle commercials and utilise data to negotiate high-value deals.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, expertly managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Possess commercial acumen with a strong ability to comprehend pricing, structure deals, and negotiate effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and respond to changing demands.
  • Display initiative by proactively identifying opportunities and issues, whether related to licensing or marketing, and taking prompt action.
  • Showcase a data and process-driven approach with a good understanding of relevant metrics to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
