Exciting new opportunity to join a Talent Agency on a temporary basis - this is a full time Senior Assistant role supporting the Digital Talent Department for 3-6 weeks.
Key responsibilities include managing tasks that carry responsibility, such as liaising with clients and handling the back and forth of a fast-moving campaign, as well as more administrative tasks such as calendar management and invoicing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating media packs and sending out pitch materials
- Responding to new opportunities and campaigns
- Liaising with brands to run successful campaigns for talent
- Responding to queries for and on behalf of clients, and assisting clients, as required
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems
- Generating invoices and chasing payments due
- Managing your manager's diary including scheduling meetings, reservations, travel
- Website updates & handling fan mail
- Posting on the company social media accounts with updates on clients projects, and engaging with clients posts online
- Ad-hoc tasks for the TV / Digital department
- Any other day-to-day tasks that may arise
Key Requirements:
- Available immediately - no notice period
- You will have a good understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Previous agency or industry experience required
- The ideal candidate will be confident, creative and articulate. You will have a can-do, positive attitude from the first day
