Handle are thrilled to be working with another leading digital music brand who are seeking for a stand-out Senior Digital Marketing Manager to handle their excellent roster.

Reporting to the Head of Artist Services and leading digital marketing strategy for the Artist Services roster, this role is responsible for overseeing the Digital Marketing team and driving successful digital marketing campaigns for domestic and international releases.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the strategy and execution of digital campaigns for all Artist Services projects, aiming to deliver creative, innovative, and efficient digital marketing and social media campaigns, as well as organic activations and strategic partnerships with digital platforms and DSPs.

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Artist Services and Head of Marketing to establish campaign objectives, set and monitor budgets, and ensure effective coordination across teams.

  • Provide line management to a team of three members in the Digital Marketing team, offering daily support, fostering creativity, innovation, and result-oriented thinking, and developing ongoing training plans for team members.

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with managers and artists to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing strategies.

  • Analyse and interpret audience data to inform strategy and establish KPIs, utilising data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and drive performance.

  • Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring smooth project management and execution.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Content Producer to develop content strategies and deliver digital campaign assets that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.

  • Coordinate pitches and partnerships with short-form video platforms in collaboration with the DSP team, leveraging opportunities to maximise exposure and engagement.

  • Monitor and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources and delivering effective paid media campaigns.

  • Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Cultivate relationships with key digital platforms and manage partnership pitches, staying abreast of market trends, industry developments, and digital innovations to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Stay updated with best practices, industry news, and standards, as well as digital trends, to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of digital marketing in the music industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in digital marketing in the music industry.

  • Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, content strategies, and artist development plans to drive fan engagement and new audience reach.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to line manage.

  • Excellent understanding of digital advertising and paid media.

  • Strong knowledge of social media and online promotion strategies.

  • Understanding and working experience with advertising and analytical instruments on each social media platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

  • Data-driven and results-oriented: the ability to analyse and use data to optimise development.

  • Structured, organised, with the ability to follow process and monitor budgets.

  • Knowledgeable of market trends, music industry developments, digital innovations, and digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly motivated and organised with excellent time management skills.

  • A team player with a can-do attitude and creative ideas.
