Key Responsibilities:
Manage office space proactively, maintaining a high standard of tidiness and efficiency.
Handle incoming telephone enquiries and business calls
Manage the company's central email inbox
Collect and distribute mail using a digital mailroom process each morning
Sort and ensure client gifts are processed within one week
Perform scanning and photocopying tasks
Book meeting rooms and arrange catering
Manage social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn
Update the company website as needed
Support the Finance team with expense receipts
Provide PA support to the CEO and Director of Business Affairs
Offer general administrative support, including filing
Manage laptop and stationery inventory
Organise office social events
Liaise with landlords and IT suppliers
Key Requirements:
Available immediately
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent telephone manner
High standard of verbal and written English
Strong organisational and time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Business acumen and an understanding of Insanity's business and the wider entertainment industry
Professional with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
