Handle are partnering with a leading entertainment business who have been at the forefront of interactive and digital entertainment for over 20 years.
This global organisation boast a collaborative, flat-structured, inclusive and sociable culture and are seeking a Senior HR Advisor for EMEA. The business are going through a period of exponential growth and you'll support the People team in driving forward a global programme for EMEA.
This is a 3m day rate role with a strong possibility of extension; the ideal candidate will be on a 0-2 week notice period.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be passionate about shaping a business and fully immersing yourself in a 3-6 month project. The client is seeking someone with demonstrated experience leading administration within a large-scale environment. You'll need demonstrated experience using MS packages - inclusive of VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, mail merge and complex formula creation. You will have knowledge of employment law, employee relations and previous experience working with case management systems. The role will be admin heavy - maintaining records, updating the payroll system, managing data and reporting, producing documentation and managing communication channels. A CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential.
