Handle are partnering with a sports/ lifestyle start up, looking for a strong HR Lead to own People & Culture for the business, open to looking at a senior HRM stepping up into something with ownership and lots to build & create!
The business is around 60 employees, and this role has a HR Admin supporting, and a TA Manager. It's a unique set up, super lean, self-funded business so it's very much all hands on deck, people are passionate about the brand and mission, and work super hard.
They'd love to find someone proactive & progressive thinking, someone who would immerse themselves in their culture and help create a employee experience aligned with their brand.
Ideal candidates:
- must thrive in fast paced sme, ideally consumer brand experience and worked with growth.
- would bring experience from both sme and start up & larger environments with great processes they could learn from!
- have broad employee lifecycle experience, ideally full generalist but open to candidates leaning towards more talent focused remits
They have a flex working pattern, but ideally need someone who can commit to at least 3 days in the office, based in Central London. They also offer some great benefits.
