Are you a progressive thinking Senior Learning & Development Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast plced, fast growth, global setting?

Handle is excited to be working with an iconic brand at a crucial stage of their growth trajectory, as they continue to grow further into global territories, and build an infrastructure to support this.

The Senior L&D Manager will join a newly created function, reporting into a new Global Head, managing an Advisor and working as part of a small collaborative team. In a broad spectrum L&D remit, you'll be working on the implementation of an innovative, global learning and development service to all areas of the business, focusing on digital innovation and promoting an internal culture of continuous professional development.

Working as a close partner to directors across the head office business, you'll delve deep into the business needs and develop bespoke and creative solutions to improve performance, and support them in building a true coaching culture. There's a big focus on maximising the use of technology, and introducing an enhanced LMS, a project you'll play a key role in.

Key areas of experience we're looking for:

  • You'll have built and implemented a learning and development plan to deliver global growth and enhance performance

  • You'll have full cycle training experience, from training needs analysis, planning and developing, through to evaluation.

  • You will demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, whilst working within ambiguity and at pace

  • You will have worked in a global organisation, not necessarily partnering global territories but definitely bring a global outlook to the table

  • You'll bring progressive and future thinking ideas, and have a real passion for L&D and be able to inspire and engage the business!
