Are you a proactive HR Coordinator looking for the next step in your HR career? Have you working within a start-up or a smaller team previously?

Handle are working with a scaling Tech start-up who are looking for a Senior People Operations Executive to join a team of 7 (soon to be 15) comprising of People (HR,) Talent, & Workspaces.

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will work with them and the VP People Operations to drive engagement, productivity, retention and to help scale their processes and culture as they grow.

This is a really great opportunity to further your experience in a small but fast-growing people environment as they grow the EMEA team, and has the potential to grow into a partnering role or specialising in another area of People/HR down the line.

You will be supporting the VP of HR and Senior People Partner with both UK and US initiatives so it is also a great opportunity to get some global exposure!

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a fast paced People Operations environment and want to grow your knowledge in all things People/HR.

You will have either worked in a start-up environment or a small team where you have had to think outside the box, juggle multiple priorities and ever changing processes. As they are a start-up, they are not heavily process driven and there is a lot of opportunity to give ideas/initiatives of what processes to put in place - Therefore, experience in doing this before is key!

If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
