Senior Project Executive - Event Agency
Our client, an internationally recognised events agency, known for its award-winning projects, is looking for a Senior Project Executive to join their growing team. This role will support the Project Managers and Senior Project Managers ensuring the successful delivery of a wide variety of complex live, virtual, and hybrid events. Reporting into a Senior Project Manager the role involves processing new enquires, providing onsite support and developing product & venue knowledge across UK and international markets. You will also be required to build relationships with both clients and suppliers.
As a priority you will:
Plan, organise, and manage time effectively to complete proposals for specific events and projects within agreed deadlines
Provide operational support, including conducting inspections and onsite management as required
Support the planning and delivery of events and projects in the UK and overseas
Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key partners including clients, suppliers and partner companies
Support venue sourcing and liaison as required, including offsite venue and entertainment selection, theming and design.
Responsible for assisting and developing event budgets and assisting with invoicing clients, maintaining cash flow
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement
Support with the preparation of event documentation, including Health & Safety checks, risk assessments
To be successful, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1 -3 years) in a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
Experience with corporate events, such as conferences, exhibitions, or corporate events, gala dinners and incentive trips
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Excellent relationship building, presentation and interpersonal skills
A creative approach with the ability to support the conception and delivery of solutions across a wide range of industries and audiences
Right to work in the UK.
