The business are going through a period of exponential growth in hiring demands globally, and you will become a key part of their small but growing EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
They are seeking an experienced contract recruiter to assist with the direct sourcing strategy of hiring the best talent for the large global divisional recruitment drive. This role will focus on hiring needs predominately in the UK whilst partnering with UK and US based hiring managers to source the best talent in the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about candidate experience and D&I. They are seeking a clear communicator who is personable and able to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. A pragmatic, resilient candidate who can manage multiple vacancies across various departments is key - you will be a self-starter with experience working with remote hiring managers in the UK/US/Europe.
