The role
- Managing all social media campaign strategy across all channels, with a particular focus on TikTok as a target channel to grow
- Utilising effective customer insights and research to identify and target a diverse range of customers - from novice runners to athletes!
- Leading content production, ensuring the content team are jumping on the right trends, reacting to viral trends, whilst ensuring content is educational and in the brand tone of voice
- Working closely with senior management to shape the brand's identity, driving user engagement and expanding the overall reach of the business
- Management of a social media exec and a designer, ensuring cohesive content output across all social media platforms
The candidate
- Ideally have a love of, or interest in running and know of the hottest brands and influencers/ambassadors to work with in the space!
- Passion for wellness and fitness
- Solid social media experience and demonstrable experience growing brand channels
- Strong copywriting skills and a keen editorial eye!
- Passionate about working within a business in the scaling up phase, happy to get stuck in and 'hit the ground running!!'
