Social Media Manager - Art and Design

We are working on a really fantastic Social Media Manager role for an international and very popular Art and Design company. This is a fabulous opportunity to oversee the implementation marketing strategies across key brand channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

This role is all about planning and executing social first content that builds awareness and a social presence making the company an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the social media platforms and calendar - setting KPI's for each channel
  • Lead the reporting of weekly, monthly and quarterly engagement and growth on the different channels and posts
  • Manage both organic and paid social budgets, partnering with paid media agency to work on social strategies that correspond with data to maximise performance
  • Identify new opportunities to amplify marketing assets
  • Be the creative director for all social content - using the companies social voice to enhance impact with target audience
  • Regularly review all competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with marketing, press, and creative teams to ensure the brand image and values are authentic
  • Oversee all aspects of community management - responding to comments an DM's as well as liaising with client services
  • Communicate social media strategies to all regional representatives

You will have:

  • Previous experience in marketing and social media
  • Understanding or experience in arts and culture sector - design, museums or galleries would be a plus
  • Strong creative skills - an eye for design and excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to use data for metrics and to develop strategies
  • Knowledge of social publishing and analytics platforms
