We are working with a leading global entertainment company, seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to work across innovative digital marketing campaigns for a reputable factual channel brand.
Please note, this is a 4 month contract booking with an immediate start so candidates must be available immediately and able to work in central London 3-4 days a week,
This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, providing essential support throughout the entire life cycle of any given marketing campaign. This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate and creative team of marketers, working to engage communities and drive brand engagement across a variety of social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all-things social media, including campaign management, content creation, and performance analytics. The ability to maintain strong relationships with internal / external agencies and PR teams is also highly desirable.
Experience managing Paid Media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UK social calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Deliver insightful, social-first briefs to creative teams and provide feedback on assets.
- Manage UK community engagement strategy and oversee intern responses.
- Collaborate with PR, talent, and x-LOB teams to maximise content reach.
- Manage UK digital paid media campaigns, including budgeting and optimisation.
- Execute campaigns on Facebook and YouTube; partnering with in-house performance teams for delivery and reporting.
- Support development of 360° integrated campaigns with broader marketing teams
- Develop and deliver campaign wrap-ups and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor and evaluate performance across priority platforms, identifying trends and making recommendations.
- Align with creative and programming teams to support monthly production cycles.
- Brief and manage social-first creative content, ensuring timely delivery to local EMEA markets.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to keep our campaigns innovative and audience-first.
- Mentor and support the Digital Marketing Intern, fostering learning and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience planning, executing, and analysing social and digital campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, especially Meta and YouTube.
- Strong paid media and performance tracking expertise.
- Skilled in writing sharp, engaging social copy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
