A new 6 month temporary opportunity has arisen within a fantastic global entertainment company to join and support the team with end to end Talent coordination, this is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the recruitment across all departments supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners and Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates
- Maintaining the ATS
- Phone screening candidates
- Ability to work multiple roles at one time.
- Posting and managing job adverts.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple roles.
- Engaging with candidates by phone, email and social media.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous Recruitment Administration experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, team based environment
