Handle are excited to be working with a scaling entertainment and events business who are on the lookout for a new proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Partner to join their people team based in London
As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will have a broad remit and independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for this creative company including sourcing, engaging and recruiting new talent. You will work closely with the business and hiring managers, and have real autonomy when it comes to creating the recruitment strategy.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Independently managing the recruitment cycle from start to end
- Building and engaging talent pools by developing proactive sourcing strategies to deliver high quality candidate pipelines
- Managing multiple sources to seek out top talent
- Working with hiring managers to understand the skills, competencies, and experiences necessary for success in each role
- Educating Hiring Managers on best practice in hiring
This is a 360 end to end TA partner role, the ideal candidate will be happy to roll up their sleeves and deliver, as well as working more strategically. You will have at least 3 years' experience working in a recruitment role either in house or in an agency, be an excellent communicator and a confident, proactive person.
