An exciting talent agency have a new opportunity for a Talent Assistant to join their thriving digital department. This is fabulous entry level opportunity supporting some of the agency's most established and successful agents within social media, fashion & TV. This is a fully onsite role, 5 days a week in the agency's Central London offices.
The Job
Assisting on the content approval process for live digital campaigns
Maintaining internal talent booking systems with up-to-date information
Uploading and updating website with new talent imagery and stats.
Supporting senior agents on execution of social strategies for talent.
Managing gifting and events calendar for key talent
Scheduling content and posting across the agency's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Monitoring social media trends and industry updates.
Ad hoc talent and campaign administrative duties.
You
At least 1 years' experience working in social media or bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
Analytical and capable of interpreting metrics.
Creative mindset with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
