An amazing agency with a fabulous reputation is on the lookout for a hands-on and experienced Talent Manager to join their busy team, working across a roster of amazing talent - from influencers, broadcasters, to YouTube & Tik Tok stars!
Based in Central London, this will be working part of a vibrant, hands-on team who strive to provide amazing opportunities for their talent.
The role
- Developing strong, personal relationships with talent and managing their day-to-day activities
- Creating overarching strategies for each talent's unique brand and optimising this across their social channels
- Negotiating partnerships and campaigns on behalf of talent and managing all contracts and rates
- Developing and maintaining an amazing relationship with current and prospective clients across a range of industries
- Scouting for new talent and developing further once broad on board
The candidate
- Previous experience in a Talent Management role, working at a high level and managing multiple high profile Talent
- An amazing network of contacts in the entertainment, fashion and lifestyle industry
- A social media whizz
- Commercial acumen and amazing strategic thinker
