Handle are excited to be partnering with a leading Global Media brand who are looking for two proactive Talent Partners to join a collaborative team of three!
As Talent Partner, you will be partnering with the business to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process, you will help build, shape and transform the way they approach their employer outreach, advising on recruitment and resourcing across your business area (Editorial and/or Commercial and Central Functions). You will immerse yourself in the business area you represent to fully understand the talent need.
The successful candidate will be managing up to 30 roles at any one time (some are more niche roles which have a longer turnaround) but alongside delivery there will be scope to get involved in projects such as; Interview Training, D&I etc.
- Directly source and recruit up to 30 roles at any one time, at junior to mid-levels and across a broad range of job functions.
- Develop relationships with candidates for key roles and ensure a brilliant candidate experience.
- Develop effective relationships with hiring managers across the business and within the HR team
- Manage and work with our outreach and sourcing partners
- Ensure our recruitment and resourcing policies and processes are up to date and available for the business
- Deliver interview training to upskill hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing high volumes of recruitment and projects and be used to delivering an impeccable service to line managers and candidates alike. You will ideally have in house recruitment experience.
