Handle Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionists for a Temporary position starting ASAP (June 10th) working through to mid-August.
You must be available to work 2.5 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (half day).
Hours: 9am - 6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Booking meeting rooms and managing schedules
- General administrative tasks to support the team
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong customer service approach
- Confident, presentable, and proactive
- Comfortable with general office duties
