Handle Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionists for a Temporary position starting ASAP (June 10th) working through to mid-August.
You must be available to work 2.5 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (half day).
Hours: 9am - 6pm.
Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
Answering and directing phone calls
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Booking meeting rooms and managing schedules
General administrative tasks to support the team
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
Previous reception or front-of-house experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong customer service approach
Confident, presentable, and proactive
Comfortable with general office duties
