We're looking for a Payroll Transformation Assistant to support a payroll system migration and new implementation within a financial services environment. This role sits at the intersection of payroll operations and project coordination, supporting data migration, system testing, stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day payroll administration during the transition.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end payroll system migration, including data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation
Act as an administrator for the new payroll platform, supporting setup, testing, and go-live activities
Coordinate inputs between payroll, HR, finance, and external vendors to keep the project on track
Assist with parallel runs, issue tracking, and documentation of new payroll processes
Provide hands-on payroll support during the transition period to ensure business-as-usual delivery
Key Requirements
Exposure to payroll system implementations or transformations (e.g. system migrations, upgrades, or vendor changes)
Experience in payroll coordination or payroll administration, ideally within banking or financial services
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks, data, and deadlines in a project environment
Confident working with payroll data, Excel, and multiple stakeholders
