Fantastic new opportunity for a VIP Hospitality Coordinator to join an exciting Sporting Brand on a 6-month temp contract. Based in their London office, you will be responsible for the hospitality/ticket management for upcoming events. Strong administrative and customer service skills are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with a calligrapher, finding posting addresses and posting the physical invites
  • Stand tickets and payment processing
  • Printing name badges ahead of each events
  • Box gifts admin process
  • Helping to cross check VIP spreadsheets
  • Assisting with co-ordinating board attendance
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Assisting with contacting other venues with general VIP admin (i.e., final names, dietary, car registration etc).


Key Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Advanced knowledge using excel spreadsheet
  • Experience using Smartsheet's is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Immediately available
