A leading international fashion and creative talent agency is looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Agent Assistant to join its London team, reporting directly to the MD.

The agency represents an exciting roster of creative talent across fashion, beauty, entertainment and celebrity, including stylists, hair and makeup artists, influencers, production designers and motion DPs. Working across editorial, advertising, commercial and long-term projects, the agency has established strong relationships with high-profile brands, clients and industry contacts internationally.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in the fashion and creative industries to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced talent agency, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in the day-to-day management of artist bookings.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide day-to-day support across artist bookings, schedules and administration, acting as an important point of contact for talent and helping to ensure bookings run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Securing and recording daily artist bookings
  • Managing and coordinating artist schedules
  • Communicating regularly with artists and clients
  • Working closely with the Managing Director and wider team to coordinate bookings and projects
  • Organising, maintaining and updating electronic databases
  • Preparing estimates and deal memos
  • Coordinating artist travel and logistics
  • Supporting accounting processes, including billing and wrapping completed jobs
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Carrying out general administrative and operational tasks
  • Managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Staying one step ahead, anticipating requirements and proactively supporting the team

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in fashion, beauty, talent and the wider creative industries.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a fashion, beauty, talent, creative, media, entertainment or similarly fast-paced environment
  • A demonstrated interest in the business of fashion, beauty and celebrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
  • Confidence communicating with a diverse range of people by phone, email and in person
  • A friendly, professional and personable approach
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • A proactive, flexible and resourceful approach
  • The ability to anticipate what needs to be done and stay one step ahead
  • Excellent discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • The confidence and professionalism to work closely with senior leadership
  • Fluent or conversational French would be advantageous, but is not essential
