You'll be joining a high-performing, values-driven team with leadership experience from UFC, RFU, Uber, Meta, ATP and Formula 1, all focused on building something ambitious. The Role This is a hands-on role focused on managing and optimising paid media across Meta and Google, driving customer acquisition, event participation and revenue across a growing portfolio of sports events and products. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll take increasing ownership of paid media accounts, using performance data to optimise campaigns, test new ideas and improve marketing efficiency. You'll also gain exposure to wider acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.Monitor spend, CPA, ROAS, revenue, new customers and conversions.Analyse performance data and turn insights into clear optimisation actions.Manage campaign budgets and pacing against commercial targets.Support campaign planning and launches across the event portfolio.Test and optimise audiences, creative, messaging and campaign structures.Work with creative and content teams on campaign briefs, assets and ad copy.Produce regular performance reporting, highlighting results, trends and recommendations.Support tracking, measurement and attribution across paid media.Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to improve acquisition funnels and, over time, support retention and lifetime value initiatives.About You2-4 years' experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital acquisition.Hands-on experience across both Meta Ads and Google Ads.Comfortable working with CPA, ROAS, conversion, revenue and other performance metrics.Strong understanding of paid media principles and campaign optimisation.Commercially minded, with an understanding of how paid media drives acquisition and revenue.Experience managing budgets and balancing spend against performance.Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple campaigns and priorities.Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across creative, content and wider marketing teams.Experience in sports, events, ticketing, travel or another consumer-focused business would be beneficial.Experience with creative testing, copywriting, GA4, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, AI tools, lead generation or advertising tracking and implementation would also be advantageous.
