The Role
This role is responsible for the strategic development, management and implementation of the digital and social strategy across all areas of the client's UK business.
At the core of the role is maintaining a strong and engaging online presence for the brand, dedicated film channels and external digital communications, promoting films and other content throughout their lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all of the client's UK digital channels, including audience development and editorial strategy
  • Work closely with the Theatrical and Home Entertainment teams to set and oversee paid and organic digital strategies for new film release campaigns
  • Manage agencies delivering digital activations, including community management, social sentiment reporting and influencer activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leading digital platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok, ensuring the client remains up to date with the latest developments
  • Work with campaign managers to monitor the performance of paid digital campaigns delivered by the media agency
  • Monitor social sentiment for new releases and report insights back to wider teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Work with the wider team to determine the phasing and cadence of key asset launches, including trailers, posters and clips
  • Lead influencer engagement on a campaign-by-campaign basis for new releases
  • Liaise regularly with the international marketing team across London and Paris to ensure alignment on wider strategy
  • Work closely with Publicity teams to ensure key consumer and trade announcements are communicated through digital channels
  • Work with Catalogue teams to develop and maintain the editorial strategy for the YouTube channel, including commissioning bespoke content
  • Provide strategic guidance to teams around delivery, copywriting, tone of voice and relevant digital trends to create effective and engaging campaigns
  • Act as the local point of contact for the maintenance of the client's UK website

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing social and digital channels within the TV or film industry
  • Previous experience working within TV or film is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrable expertise in writing clear, engaging social copy
  • Strong knowledge of and genuine passion for film and/or TV
  • Knowledgeable, forward-thinking and innovative when it comes to developments within the digital landscape, including AI
  • Previous experience delivering CRM, SEO and GEO strategies would be beneficial

Working across editorial, advertising, commercial and long-term projects, the agency has established strong relationships with high-profile brands, clients and industry contacts internationally.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in the fashion and creative industries to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced talent agency, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in the day-to-day management of artist bookings.The RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide day-to-day support across artist bookings, schedules and administration, acting as an important point of contact for talent and helping to ensure bookings run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.Key responsibilities will include:Securing and recording daily artist bookingsManaging and coordinating artist schedulesCommunicating regularly with artists and clientsWorking closely with the Managing Director and wider team to coordinate bookings and projectsOrganising, maintaining and updating electronic databasesPreparing estimates and deal memosCoordinating artist travel and logisticsSupporting accounting processes, including billing and wrapping completed jobsHandling incoming calls and enquiries in a friendly, professional and efficient mannerCarrying out general administrative and operational tasksManaging multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHandling confidential information with discretionStaying one step ahead, anticipating requirements and proactively supporting the teamAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in fashion, beauty, talent and the wider creative industries.You will ideally have:Previous experience within a fashion, beauty, talent, creative, media, entertainment or similarly fast-paced environmentA demonstrated interest in the business of fashion, beauty and celebrityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and outstanding organisational skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectivelyConfidence communicating with a diverse range of people by phone, email and in personA friendly, professional and personable approachThe ability to remain calm and composed under pressureA proactive, flexible and resourceful approachThe ability to anticipate what needs to be done and stay one step aheadExcellent discretion when dealing with confidential informationThe confidence and professionalism to work closely with senior leadershipFluent or conversational French would be advantageous, but is not essential Please note: Occasional travel and weekend work may be required depending on business needs. £15-16 per hour + holiday pay | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | Immediate start | On-site only Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
