We are seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support three Directors within the EMEA Marketing Partnerships team of a leading global entertainment and streaming business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an EA with experience in marketing and advertising industries to join a globally recognised business at the forefront of entertainment. Supporting senior leaders across London, Paris and Madrid, you will play a key role in keeping the team organised, connected and operating efficiently across multiple markets and time zones.

The Role

Working closely with three Directors, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, managing competing priorities and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the wider EMEA team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing complex calendars for multiple senior leaders, balancing competing priorities and coordinating meetings across different time zones.

  • Organising and confirming large cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Organising team events, offsites and training sessions.

  • Managing expenses, purchase orders and financial administration.

  • Circulating NDAs and contracts, maintaining distribution lists and keeping team documents up to date.

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for the Directors, anticipating their needs and communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across EMEA and international teams, including North America, LATAM and APAC.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline administration and make the wider team more efficient.

About You

You will be an experienced EA or senior administrative professional who enjoys working in a busy, international environment where priorities can change quickly. You will be confident supporting multiple senior stakeholders, using your initiative to stay ahead of deadlines and keep everything running smoothly.

Ideally, you will have:

  • At least three years' experience providing EA or administrative support to Directors or senior leadership.

  • Previous experience within marketing, advertising, media, entertainment or a creative business environment.

  • Experience working with international teams and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to exercise sound judgement independently.

  • Excellent Google Workspace skills and confidence using online tools.

  • An interest in AI-enabled tools and how emerging technology can improve administrative processes.

  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Experience with mobile cinematography, lighting, sound and basic production planning would be valuable.You should also have a strong understanding of social platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and know how creative choices can influence audience behaviour and performance.Experience with interviews, talent, influencers, creators, partnerships or commercial productions would be beneficial.Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is ideas-led, visually curious and genuinely excited by making things - someone who notices interesting people, places, stories, trends and cultural moments and instinctively thinks, there's a piece of content here.You must be London-based and comfortable working across London for shoots, interviews, events and location-based content.
