Part-Time Payroll Manager

A growing retail group based in West London is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to manage UK and international payroll operations. This 30-hour per week role will be responsible for payroll processing for approximately 300 employees across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient delivery. Please note, previous Workday systems experience is essential. ResponsibilitiesProcess UK and international payrolls (circa 300 employees) from data input through to BACs transmission.Maintain payroll records, including calculations for salary, commission/bonus, benefits, and share awards.Respond to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of pay data.Prepare payroll reporting, including P11D, P60, and P45 documentation.Liaise with HMRC and support audit enquiries related to payroll.Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll, timesheets, and incentive calculations.
