Are you a Junior Creative with a passion for sport, design and social content?An exciting opportunity has come up to join a growing specialist creative agency working with some of the world's leading sports organisations.As a Junior Creative, you'll have a hands-on role creating content across graphic design, motion graphics and video editing, helping to bring ideas to life across social and digital channels.This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative who wants to develop their skills across multiple disciplines while working within a collaborative, ambitious agency environment.You'll be responsible for:Designing and producing visual content for social channels, digital campaigns and brand touchpointsCreating platform-native content tailored to different audiences and social formatsDeveloping motion graphics, animations and short-form videoEditing footage, archive material and supplied assets into engaging social editsAdapting campaign ideas and key visuals across different formats and deliverablesWorking collaboratively with the creative team to develop fresh ideas for sports-focused clientsSupporting presentations, mood boards, storyboards and creative treatmentsMaintaining a high standard of craft across typography, layout, composition, pacing and visual storytellingWorking within brand guidelines while finding opportunities to make content feel distinctive and relevantManaging multiple deliverables and responding positively to feedback and changing prioritiesKeeping up to date with emerging social formats, cultural trends, creative tools and production techniquesWe're looking for a motivated, curious creative who is keen to learn and develop. You'll ideally have:Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and FigmaExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsA good understanding of graphic design, video editing and motion designA strong eye for typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytellingAn understanding of how content needs to adapt across different social platformsA portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, motion and videoGood organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlinesA collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute ideasExcellent attention to detail and pride in producing well-crafted workA genuine interest in sport, culture, design and social mediaIt would be great if you also have:Experience creating content for sports, lifestyle, entertainment or youth-focused brandsAn understanding of social-first storytelling and short-form contentBasic skills in sound design, colour grading, photography or filmingExperience working with templates, versioning assets or producing content at scaleAn interest in emerging creative and AI-assisted toolsThis is a great chance to join a growing creative team and work on exciting projects for major sports organisations, while developing your skills across design, motion and video.Please note: This is a hybrid role rather than fully remote, with an expectation to be in the London office 2 days per week.
