Celebrating Creativity... 🌟

This week we’re celebrating Creativity & Wellbeing Week, running across the UK from 18th - 24th May 2026, with a brilliant line-up of free events happening right here in London.

The week brings together artists, practitioners and communities to explore how creativity can support wellbeing, from making and movement to conversation and connection.

In London, some of the country’s most iconic cultural spaces are opening their doors for free events, including the National Theatre, alongside galleries, community spaces and creative organisations across the city.

From workshops and talks to hands-on creative sessions, it’s all about getting involved, trying something new, and seeing how creativity can play a role in everyday wellbeing.

The programme is part of a wider movement championing 'creative health', encouraging new ways of thinking about how culture can support individuals and communities.
