We’re hearing increasingly from our smaller creative clients across music, talent management, arts, publishing who want to address the really pertinent people and HR issues: real diversity and inclusion, mental wellbeing, organisational change, pivoting business services, supporting remote management and remote working. As well as the additional challenges a return to the office and coming back from furlough will introduce. Not easy for small teams with limited support and often no dedicated HR resource.
