Continuing to build on our career partnership, we are supporting the Small Green Shoots Ambassadors Programme - an exclusive initiative designed to engage, empower, and recognise passionate individuals who embody the values and mission of SGS.

As advocates, ambassadors will play a key role in promoting SGS and develop their own careers since graduating our core programmes. Through networking, professional development, safeguarding, resilience and mentorship training, ambassadors will gain valuable insights into the industry while inspiring and supporting others within our community. This programme not only enhances leadership and communication skills but also strengthens SGS’s presence in the wider industry.

Throughout the year the Ambassadors will:

🟢 Attend events, meetings, and networking opps on behalf of SGS

🟢 Complete Mentorship training with Musicians Guardians

🟢 Work with handle on career progression

🟢 Feed into SGS events and programmes

At the end of each year the Ambassadors will be awarded an SGS Honours award for completion and induct a further 10 to join.
